Vic’s has been in continuous operation since 1958 and is a beloved Friday Harbor gathering spot. The expansion would enlarge Vic’s and correct structural deficiencies. A 2-story 19 room hotel would be added above the expanded Vic’s, in a 1950’s hotel architectural style.
